Jump‘n’Joy Rules and Regulations
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult or caregiver at all times. A responsible caregiver is someone who is a minimum of 18 years old.
- Everyone attending, including supervising caregivers and adults, must take off their shoes and wear socks while in our facility.
- No outside food, snacks, or drinks are allowed in our facility. Water is permitted.
- No glass, bottles, or sharp objects in the play areas.
- Jump‘n’Joy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Climbing on slides, nettings, walls, or poles in the play area is strictly prohibited.
- Please keep balls in the ball pit areas.
- Rough play, bullying, aggression, or yelling are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Please wash your hands before entering the play areas.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises. If you have a service animal, please request to speak with a manager for assistance.
- Please be mindful of smaller children.
- Do not litter or throw garbage across the facility
- The toddler area is strictly intended for children ages 4 and under.
- If any concerns or issues arise, please inform the management promptly.
- Please be aware that any yelling, disrespect, or aggression towards staff members may lead to suspension from using the playground. We reserve the right to take appropriate action.
- Entire facility is Non Smoking and under CCTV surveillance
- In case of an emergency, call 112 immediately.
